If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, email support@formifyai.app within 30 days of signup and we'll refund your subscription in full. No interrogation, no retention scripts.
What's eligible
- Subscription fees (Starter, Pro, Business)
- Add-ons that haven't been performed yet
- Registered agent prepayments for unused service periods
What's not eligible
- State filing fees — these go directly to the Secretary of State and are non-refundable once filed
- EIN application fees if the IRS has already issued the EIN
- Custom legal review or attorney consultation if delivered
How to request a refund
Email support@formifyai.app with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
