When you use FormifyAI, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business formation details (entity name, type, state), and payment information processed securely through Stripe.
We use your information to process business formations, provide registered agent services, send compliance notifications, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@formifyai.app.
