How to cancel my subscription

Cancel anytime, no friction. Your filed documents and the LLC itself remain yours forever — cancellation only ends your FormifyAI subscription.
How to cancel
- Open Dashboard → Billing
- Click Manage subscription (opens the secure Stripe portal)
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm — done
What happens after cancellation
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
- Document vault stays accessible until period end — download anything you want to keep
- Registered agent service ends at period end (you'll need to designate a new agent at the state)
- Annual report tracking and reminders end at period end
- Your LLC itself is unaffected — it keeps existing in good standing as long as you file annual reports
